The mind at work

If I had to explain how my mind works

I would say it’s a maze that is quite berserk

No safety for a stranger nor I

Since neither knows a way to fly.

Mysterious, confused, convoluted routes

Beware false paths begin to sprout.

The deeper in one dares to wander

Beware temptation grows to maunder.

As truth gives in to bended dream

So facts become undone at seam.

Thus warning I give to self and all

Some minds are best left to their call.
